I’m the founder of The Lopsided Hare Rabbitry, but before I was a rabbit breeder, I was simply someone who has always loved animals. That passion has led me through years of caring for many different animals in many different ways, and it eventually inspired me to build this rabbitry from the ground up. Nearly everything here has been created by hand—from the custom hutches and breeder boxes to the systems I use every day. I designed them through research, experience, and a desire to constantly improve. Every litter teaches me something new, and I believe there is always a better way to care for the animals that depend on us. To me, these rabbits are more than pedigrees or colors. Each one has a personality, a story, and a place here until the right family comes along. My hope is that when someone adopts from The Lopsided Hare, they aren’t just bringing home a rabbit—they’re becoming part of a community that values compassion, education, and lifelong support.
