Zoie & Waylon's Pairing
Born: July 22, 2026
Go-Home Date: September 23rd, 2026
9 Weeks Old
While 8 weeks is the minimum age required by law, we choose to give our babies an extra week with their mother and siblings whenever possible. That additional time allows them to continue growing, learning, eating confidently on their own, and developing the social and life skills that will help them make a smoother transition into their forever homes.
We believe that giving our babies a little more time isn’t about simply meeting a minimum age — it’s about giving them the best possible foundation before they leave us.
For now, they have plenty of growing, playing, learning and cuddling to do right here at The Lopsided Hare.
Welcome to the world, little ones. Your story has just begun.
Future Plans Christmas Babies!
Waylon and Zoie welcomed a beautiful litter of four, and these little ones have already stolen our hearts. This pairing brings together two very different personalities, creating babies with their own unique colors, markings, and personalities as they grow.
We love watching each kit develop from a tiny nest-box baby into a curious, confident little Lop. Each one has their own personality beginning to shine, and we can’t wait to watch them continue to grow and discover the world around them.
Our babies are kept until at least 9 weeks of age before going to their new families. We believe that extra time allows them to continue developing, socializing, learning from Mom, and becoming strong, confident little rabbits.Waylon × Zoie — a very special pairing that gave us some very special little Lops.

Ready for the New Year, we’re excited to look ahead to our upcoming Christmas pairings! Planned pairings from our herd will bring sweet new litters into the world around the holiday season, with babies expected to be ready for their new families in the weeks that follow.
As always, pairings are carefully planned with health, temperament, structure, and beautiful Holland Lop type in mind. Follow along as we announce these special Christmas babies and begin the new year with some very special little Lops!

Lifetime Support
Every bunny is raised indoors in a clean, climate-controlled environment where we can closely monitor their health, development, and temperament each day. Through daily handling, enrichment, and positive interactions, we lay the foundation for a confident, well-socialized companion. We encourage every new family to continue these routines with patience and consistency so their bunny can continue to thrive and grow into the wonderful companion it was meant to be.
Every bunny comes with a three-generation pedigree documenting its lineage and heritage. We believe every rabbit deserves to have its family history preserved, whether it’s joining a loving pet home or becoming part of another breeding program or landing on the show table. (ARBA Pedigree provided for Show Prospects.)
Every bunny becomes part of the Lopsided Hare family. We’re always happy to answer questions, offer guidance, or celebrate your bunny’s journey through photos, stories, and updates.
Why we raise or bunnies indoors.
Our bunnies are raised indoors because we believe a carefully controlled environment gives them the safest, healthiest start possible. Indoor housing allows us to closely manage cleanliness, temperature, nutrition, handling, and daily observation while reducing exposure to many of the parasites, predators, extreme weather conditions, and infectious diseases they may encounter outdoors.
But raising indoors is about more than health and safety. It also gives our bunnies a strong foundation for becoming wonderful house companions. From an early age, they become accustomed to the everyday sights, sounds, routines, and human interaction that come with living inside a home. This allows us to focus on socialization, confidence, cleanliness, and healthy routines from the very beginning.
Our goal isn’t simply to raise beautiful Holland Lops—it’s to raise healthy, well-adjusted companions who are prepared for life as part of the family.
